Never without permission! We will visit your home at least once a month for an exterior inspection to make sure everything is clean and tidy. We are also on hand for any issues within the home. Your standard membership allocates 1 hour every month of handyman services, for any issues which occur. This will always be coordinated with you so you'll know exactly when a trusted partner will visit your home.
Yes! We will provide a monthly ledger showing exactly what your bills were and is easily comparable to previous months to ensure no spikes in usage which may need investigating. My House Assistant is able to pay up to 4 utility bills monthly on your behalf and send you one easy to pay monthly figure. Everything to make life easier!
Absolutely not. After 20 years operating in this area, My House Assistant has a long list of trusted vendors we would be happy to recommend and oversee, but this is your home and you always have final say over whom you choose to use. Our Vendor Oversight services will cover assistance with any contractor.

Absolutely! While we are not a Property Management Service who does not deal with tenant or guest issues, we will happily be on hand for any maintenance issues within the home itself. Our tailored services are to give you the reassurance you need from afar.
We do have a contract, yes. It is self-renewing and month to month so you're never tied down to a service if you don't feel the benefit.
Call 911. Then call us. We are not an emergency service but will coordinate with you to ensure your home is as safe as can be. And help with the cleanup, should anything unfortunate happen.
