Hello!

My name is Lewis C. Price and I have lived in Davenport since 2006.


I have had a long, 20+ year career managing and maintaining properties in this area, and am now offering my services directly to you.


I ran a successful family business of Short Term Vacation Rentals (think AirBnB before AirBnB) for 11 years, a handyman business for 8 years and have been a local Realtor since 2008, all in the Four Corners, Davenport and ChampionsGate area.


In 2024 I trained as a House Manager for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family on an 11,000 acre luxury estate in Georgia and I have certifications in Property Management, House Management and Real Estate.


Returning home to Davenport, I realized there is nobody qualified to look after people's homes in the right way. Whether you're a snowbirder or absentee owner wanting peace of mind your home is being cared for, or a homeowner struggling to keep on top of all the bills and maintenance.

You will also be provided with live spreadsheets showing how much was paid vs previous months, so we can instantly identify any issues.

Once a month, I will personally visit your home and conduct a visual inspection of the exterior to make sure your service vendors (pool guy, landscapers, etc.) are staying on top of their game. I will also be making sure that any maintenance tasks are addressed before they become a problem.
